Shipping Information

All Ruby books and merchandise come directly from the author. This means that all books are signed by Ruby, and each parcel is packed with love by Ruby and the team.

We work with a shipping partner to deliver all your goodies within a maximum of 5 working days for the UK and between 7-10 working days for international orders.

We can ship to most countries throughout the world, so if your country is not available when you come to the checkout please drop us a message using the contact form and we will do our best to get this added for you.

Taxes & VAT

We are shipping from the UK and are not licensed to collect or pay import taxes or VAT. If your country charges those taxes, you pay them to the courier on delivery. If you do not typically pay charges on packages shipped from outside of your country, you should be fine with books, but there are some countries that assess the taxes on any international shipment. If the package is returned to us, and you don't want to pay for a second delivery attempt, we can refund the price of your order but NOT the shipping fees as we've already paid for the first attempted delivery.
